1. Greetings to all TRAQ-Hebdo readers (n° 200). 2. The 15th annual Railway symposium for the Quebec is now finalized. Some of you would like to get the DVD of the presentations; we have some for sale at $25.00 plus taxes and posting. Get more information. The written report of the Symposium (special number No. 20) will be placed on the Web site of the Groupe TRAQ (in PDF format) around mid-May. It won’t be distributed on paper as usual like by the past years. 3. François, would it be possible to insert in the next TRAQ-Hebdo the following message… The Beauce Railway Museum will hold its annual brunch on May 15th, 2011 into the Centre Culturel of Vallee Junction between 9.00 AM and 1.00 PM. This event will mark the twentieth anniversary of the organization. Invitation to all rail fans and patrimonial rail lovers. The Centre d’interpréation ferroviaire of Charny, property of the Groupe TRAQ, is searching railway photos and artefacts. It shall be interesting to do donation while you’re alive because very often and usually, our children or others are throwing those magnificent railway things away. Please communicate with me. 5. The Groupe TRAQ is looking for a partner to take the cover page of the next TRAQ magazine next July.
