Le Groupe TRAQ (Transport by Rail in Quebec)…

Le Groupe TRAQ headquarters are situated in the Charny municipal district of the city of Lévis. The group has been known by this name since the year 2000 only,  and  its mission is to:

1. promote the utilization and the developpement of railway transportation;
2. to promote safety measures in railway exploitations;
3. to help in the  conservation of all existing railway infrastructures in Québec;
4. to preserve and  circulate all pertinent railway documentation;
5. to publish a  French language bulletin dedicated to railway activities that are taking place principally in the province of Québec;
6. to secure the preservation of all materials, artworks and photograhs related to the history of railroad.
