RAIL SYMPOSIUM 2012
The sixteenth conference on rail will be held this year at Hotel Plaza Quebec in Sainte-Foy in Quebec City, Wednesday 28 and Thursday 29 March. The main theme is: "The rail and the challenges of the new economy." The honorary presidency will be M Cliff Mackay, Chairperson of Canadian Railway Association. More than fourteen presentations will be offered in three different workshops, Wednesday afternoon (new economy) on Thursday morning (northern development) and Thursday afternoon (passenger services). The Committee conference is to finalize this matter. We expect to get 24 kiosks of railway equipment and the public is invited between 10 AM and 4 PM, Wednesday, March 28, 2011. After 4 PM, non-status people will leave the RAILSHOW. The eleventh Richard-Couture Price will be awarded to an organization that will be known soon. The price will be issued by Joselito M. Michaud, recipient of 2011 working at the CBC. This is the logo of the 2012 conference, the conference committee, thank you.
